Sympathetic restoration of Grade II listed home
NTA Planning was approach to lead planning negotiations for the restoration of a derelict Grade II listed house in Southwark. The existing building was neglected to the point that it was placed on the Building at Risk Register by Historic England, with severe issues visible throughout the property. Wholesale refurbishment works were proposed, in addition to rear extensions and the erection of an outbuilding at the end of the garden.
NTA Planning led all pre-application and planning application discussions with planning permission and listed building consent granted under delegated powers. Works are currently under way.
