The Site accommodates a 3-storey detached dwelling over basement that has historically been converted into two self-contained flats.
The approved development extends and convert the property, to provide six self-contained flats together with associated amenity spaces, cycle parking, refuse storage and landscaping.
The development is sensitively designed to optimise the development potential of the Site while avoiding harm to the amenity of adjacent residential units. The development represents a high-quality design, incorporating materials complementary to the host building and surrounding pattern of development.
The development was discussed at length with Lewisham officers, with NTA negotiating through to a successful resolution.
