Residential conversion and extension to sensitive Soho location.
NTA Planning has been the lead planning consultant, delivering a residential strategy which culminated in the conversion of this corner property in Soho and upward mansard extension with roof terrace, delivering three new self-contained residential units.
After the client was initially advised that planning permission for a residential use would not be supported, NTA Planning was appointed to develop and deliver a successful planning strategy.
Planning permission was granted in May 2025, with works set to commence in late 2025.
