The Site is located off Ryecroft Gardens, adjacent to Meadows Business Park. The Site comprises 32 single storey brick garages in extremely poor condition and a large concrete parking area.
The development demolishes the existing garages on the Site, to allow the erection of a part 2, part 3-storey building comprising 7 flats and 2 houses, together with associated car parking, landscaping, cycle and refuse/recycling stores. 17 car parking spaces are provided together with a new, second access point to the north eastern corner of the Site.
