Redevelopment of dilapidated mixed use site to create 28 self-contained affordable flats
On behalf of our clients, Bramble Estates, the scheme delivers demolition of the existing structures on site and erection of 28 units in two new blocks, each containing 14 flats.
The development will provide very good living conditions for its prospective occupiers, with all of the flats meeting or exceeding the internal space standards, provision of larger than required by the policy private amenity spaces (in a form of an enclosed winter garden, a terrace or a balcony), and a high quality communal amenity space, larger than required by the policy.
The scheme would bring an underused brownfield site into a more beneficial use appropriate for its location.
