Redevelopment of former commercial buildings to create 26 flats of contemporary design
In collaboration with Paul Murphy Architects, NT+A secured planning permission for the demolition of existing buildings onsite and the development of a 26-unit residential scheme
As this was a major development, the proposal necessitated a range of consultants to advise on various issues such as noise assessment, transport, sustainability, and flood risk assessment. Having engaged in pre-application meetings with the local council, NT+A submitted an application that addressed the concerns raised by the council while maintaining the commercial viability of the scheme.
