Partial demolition and redevelopment of vacant garage in Peckham conservation area to create unique family dwelling
On behalf of a private client, NTA were appointed with CT Works to redevelop a run-down garage to deliver a unique family house on the edge of a public park. Retaining the existing stone walls and openings into the park, a timber clad structure will sit behind, to create a unique dwelling in this secluded location. Planning permission was granted in July 2016 with works completed in 2020.
