Shared workspace redevelopment of former car wash site
This 0.13ha Site, located on the eastern side of Broad Lane was last occupied by a single storey car wash facility but has been demolished in recent years and currently lies vacant. To the north of the Site is a retail park and the emerging commercial Tottenham Hale District Centre. The retail park within the District Centre is set to be comprehensively transformed to include new commercial, retail, leisure, and residential uses. Buildings will be mid-rise and include taller buildings towards Ferry Lane. To the west and south of the Site are industrial buildings with light industrial and office use.
The proposed development comprises a new building ranging from 4 to 9 storeys, providing 5,694sqm (61,290 sq.ft.) of multi-functional office floorspace – Class E(g)(i).
