Tivoli holds a BSc in Urban Planning and Development and an MSc in Sustainability, Planning and Environmental Policy from Cardiff University. She is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, since 2024.
During her studies, Tivoli gained early experience as a planning assistant at Arup and Urbanalogic in Hong Kong, where she developed a strong foundation in planning policy-making and urban development in Asian cities.
She then began her professional career as a Planner at CPC, where she worked on a range of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across the UK, gaining valuable experience with different planning systems in the UK.
Tivoli joined NTA as a Senior Planner in Spring 2025. She has been involved in a number of residential, commercial and education developments in London and the South East, offering clients with professional planning advice, managing wider consultants, preparing planning applications and appeals, as well as liaising with local planning authorities.
