Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth
Construction of a four-level multi-storey car park on the grounds of a hospital.
NTA Planning were the lead agents and planning consultants instructed to deliver a major new car park development within a large hospital in Portsmouth. This four level, multi-storey car park delivers over 500 parking spaces, and almost 10,000sqm of floorspace, all within a very short distance of the hospital. This development was additionally key in unlocking other developments on the hospital site.
Despite a challenging programme, NTA Planning secured consent (via planning committee) in less than 7 weeks.
Planning permission was granted in April 2021. Works commenced in summer 2021, and completed in Summer 2022.
