Construction of new entrances to an existing major hospital
NTA Planning has overseen the major of extension to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth on two occasions. Through the utilisation of extended permitted development rights, NTA have secured permission for 1,300sqm of new hospital floorspace at the hospital without requiring planning permission. This novel planning strategy has saved the hospital significant sums of money, which as been generated back into the hospital.
One extension is now completed, with a second extension currently under construction.
