The proposed development seeks the conversion of the existing building currently on the site, and the erection of a new build comprising of a 6 storey contemporary linked building over the existing rear car park.
Within the existing building it is proposed to convert the majority of the ground and lower ground floors to provide 2 restaurants. Over part of the lower ground and the whole of the upper floors it is proposed to accommodate a total of 13 self contained flats comprising of 1, 2 and 3 beds.
